The Domestic Violence Research Team offers its members various forms of support.

Support for students

To support excellence, the Team offers 2nd and 3rd cycle scholarships on a competitive basis. The award committee is responsible for evaluating the applications received.

Support for research members

To encourage its researchers to publish their work in major internationally recognized journals, the Team offers funds to reimburse translation costs from French to English (maximum $2,500). Start-up funds for research projects are also available (maximum $4,000).

Article translation fund

Eligibility requirements

The article must be part of the team's research program and be related to one of its research axes;

The application must be submitted by a regular or associate researcher on the team;

Two regular team members must participate as co-authors;

The article must be submitted to the journal within six months of receiving the grant.

 

Interested parties should complete the appropriate form and attach the requested documents.
 

 

Start-up funds

Eligibility requirements:

The project must be part of the Team's research program and be related to one of its research axes;

At least two regular team members must be involved in the project;

The project must be led by a regular research member of the team, who undertakes to submit a grant application to a funding agency within 12 months of receiving the start-up funds.
